CNC Operator
- Mequon, WI
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, multi-axis) safely and efficiently, often managing multiple machines simultaneously
- Read and interpret blueprints, CNC programs, and job travelers to plan machining operations and ensure proper setups
- Perform fixture and tooling changeovers independently and verify CNC program accuracy
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues, making necessary adjustments to programs and tooling offsets
- Inspect parts during and after production using precision measuring tools and CMM
- 3 – 5+ years of CNC operation experience, with proven ability to manage complex setups and troubleshoot independently
- Experience operating a range of machining equipment, including CNC and conventional machines
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical work instructions
- Strong math skills for precise measurements, adjustments, and documentation
