Machining Manufacturing Engineer

- Develop and optimize CNC machining processes using CAM software and G-code
- Create and maintain setup sheets, tool paths, and standardized process documentation
- Lead DFM reviews and collaborate with design, production, and quality teams
- Provide technical support for process launches and troubleshooting on the shop floor
- Analyze machining issues and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
- 5 – 7 years of CNC machining experience, including setup, programming, and process optimization
- Proficiency in CAM software, G-code, and machine simulation tools
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and CMM programming
- A track record of reducing scrap and improving productivity and quality
- Experience mentoring machinists or technicians in a manufacturing environment
